Yoga & Somatic Practice
Classes, Courses & Workshops
Practicing in community invites both personal reflection and a deepened sense of our shared interconnectedness — a space to listen inwardly while feeling supported by those around us. My role is to offer guidance as you reconnect with your embodied self, cultivate conscious awareness, nurture your well-being, and move toward personal empowerment.
Inclusive, Person-Centred Yoga
and Somatic Practice
I offer inclusive yoga and somatic movement classes grounded in a culturally sensitive, person-centred approach. These sessions are open to every-body and draw on asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), and deep relaxation to support physical vitality, emotional balance, and inner tranquillity. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to the mat, you're warmly invited to join a class and explore what feels right for you — at your own pace, in your own way.

Booking, Cancellations & Refunds We’re so looking forward to sharing these special retreats, workshops, and classes with you. To help everything run smoothly, here’s a little guidance on bookings and cancellations: Booking your place Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. Please note: bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the event, as all costs will already have been finalised. If you need to cancel 14 days or more before the event: You can choose a full refund or transfer your booking to another available workshop/class. 7–13 days before the event: You can transfer your booking to another workshop/class of equal value, but refunds are not available. Less than 7 days before the event (including on the day or no-shows): Unfortunately, no refund or transfer is possible, as we won’t be able to fill your place at short notice. If we need to cancel In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another date. Illness or unexpected circumstances We know that sometimes life takes unexpected turns (illness, family emergencies, etc.). While refunds aren’t possible in these cases, we may be able to offer you a credit towards a future workshop or class. Classes vs. Retreats Our weekly classes may be a little more flexible with rescheduling (e.g. using a class pass). For day retreats and workshops, the policy above applies in full. Thank you for your understanding — clear guidelines help us keep events sustainable, while still leaving space for kindness and flexibility when it’s most needed.
