Private Yoga Instruction
Come home to the body, soft and slow,
Where breath remembers what you already know.
In stillness or motion, in silence or sound,
Your own quiet wisdom waits to be found.
One-to-One, Couple, and Small Group Yoga
Personalised instruction rooted in care, attention, and embodied wisdom
Whether individually, with a partner, or in a small group of friends or family — and whether in the comfort of your own home or in a studio — private yoga sessions offer a space to attune to your own experience, guided by a practice tailored specifically to your needs, interests, and intentions. Grounded in care and deep listening, we move at a pace that feels right for you.
Sessions may include exploring habitual patterns, releasing long-held tension, building strength and resilience, or refining the alignment and techniques of your existing practice.
Yoga is not about fitting into a shape — it’s about unfolding into your own. Private sessions are a partnership. Through shared inquiry, we co-create space for personal transformation, healing, and grounded presence.

One-to-one yoga — attuning to your unique needs and supporting self-awareness, safe alignment, and embodied care.
Why Personalised Yoga?
Traditionally, yoga was taught in intimate, one-on-one settings — passed from teacher to student through direct, personal transmission, often within the guru–śiṣya (teacher–disciple) relationship.
Today, this personalised approach honours the uniqueness of each individual’s physicality and life, rather than asking you to conform to a group rhythm or aesthetic.
Private, couple, or small group sessions allow us to:
-
Respect your own rhythm, history, and energy
-
Adapt postures, breath, and rest to suit your intentions
-
Offer guidance that supports safety, curiosity, and inner resource
-
Explore connection — not only within the self, but between people
Whether you're practising alone or with loved ones, this setting creates space for presence, learning, and relational depth.
It’s not about looking like anyone else — it’s about your journey: discovering how you move, breathe, engage with the mind–body connection, and what supports you most effectively.
